The map loads but search or routes do not
For online search and routes, check your connection and retry. Offline Maps needs a completed download with place-search data and routing coverage for your whole trip, including both endpoints.
Navigation starts from the wrong location
Enable Precise Location for FlockAware in iOS Settings, return to the app, and compare routes again before starting.
Spoken guidance is quiet or missing
Raise media volume, verify the navigation speaker control is enabled, and check the active Bluetooth or CarPlay audio destination.
A camera or school zone is missing
FlockAware shows known community-mapped records, not complete real-world coverage. Open an existing record to inspect its OpenStreetMap source.

Include with a support request
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The destination type and general city, but not your home address.
- Whether audio was using the phone speaker or Bluetooth.
- A screenshot when it is safe to capture one while parked.
